　　Initiated by Jiande International Holdings, Binjiang International Caring Foundation, which is under Binjiang Branch of the Huian Charity Federation, is founded on August 19th, 2011 by Huian Charity Federation. Participated by the caring people and the community, Binjiang International Caring Foundation, the 5 million yuan community caring foundation is aimed to help the younger and elderly people in the community. Through the Interest earned from the Time Deposit of such fund, it contributes around twenty thousand yuan every year to the fundation.

 

　　From the perspective of community construction and community culture, Binjiang International Caring Foundation plays as a “blood donor” role to the community's welfare. The Foundation cultivates social organization to improve the community's service and welfare system that provides the inexhaustible source for the sustainability of the community welfare.

 

 

 

　　Purpose: To build a harmonious community in Huian, to improve the community services,  to accumulate community savings capital,  to foster community welfare, and to create a public service system for the community's own use democratically.
 
　　Slogan: To build humanistic environment in Huian, to create a harmonious community in Binjiang.

　　The use of the foundation: Binjiang International Caring Foundation provides services for the community old-age care system(mainly for the elderly over the age of 65 ), community education (mainly  for the education of minors) and community culture and sports.

　　The Foundation will work under the principle of “open, fair and equitable”, and will publicize financial statements and charitable projects involved on a regular basis for public supervision.

　　The Foundation takes no responsibility on the subsequent investment in the funded community's social organization.

　　Binjiang International Caring Foundation, the department,in charge of the business, is authorized by Huian Charity Federation.
